As required by 10CFRSC.54(q), South Carolina Electric.& Gas Company (SCE&G) acting fcr i'.self and as agent for South. Carolina Public Service Authority, submits one copy of Revisions 22 and 23 to the Radiation Emergency Plan, a Table of Contents for the Emergency Plan procedures, and the following revisions to the Emergency Plan Procedures (EPP):
EPP-001, Revision 13 EPP-016, Revision 9 EPP-002, Revision 19 EPP-iil7, Revision 8 EPP-003, Revision 8 EPP-018, Revision 6 EPP-006, Revision 3 EPP-019, Revision 11 EPP-007, Revisien 4 EPP-022, Revision 9 Revision 22 to the Radiation Emergency Plan reflects changes in the organizac;onal structure at the Virgil C. Sumer Nuclear Station.
Revision 23 added an initiating event for specific conditions during plant operations-when shutdown. These revisions, which were reviewed by the Plant Safety Review Comittee, do not decrease the effectiveness of the Radiation Emergency Plan to meet the standards of 10CFR50(b) and Appendix E.
