COMANCliE PEAK STEAM ELECTRIC STATION (CPSES)
DOCKET NOS. 50-445 AND 50-446 CONTROL ROOM SEPARATION WALL SDAR CP-84-31 (SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT)
Gentlemen:
On November 5,1984, in our report logged TXX-4349, we notifled you of a deficiency involving the architectural wall located on the mezzanine floor at elevation 840', above the control room, which we deemed reportable under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e).
This item was subsequently identified in our last report logged TXX-6435, dated May 13, 1987, as an item for which a final report had been issued.
However, the originally scheduled completion date for the implementation of corrective actions had elapsed but the implementation of those actions was still in process.
This report is submitted to status the implementation of those corrective actions, in accordance with our report TXX-4349, the subject wall has been removed and replaced with a seismic Category 11 wall. Our corrective action for this issue is completed.
