Revision 1 to License ChanRe Application 162 Attached are three signed originals and 40 conformed copies of License Change Application (LCA) 162, Revision 1, requesting amendment of Operating License NPF-1. These proposed changes revise the Offsite and Facility Organization Charts in the Trojan Technical Specifications.
Proposed replacement pages for the Technical Specifications are provided as an attachment to the LCA. This revision provides additional detail regarding various organizational changes.
This request has been evaluated in accordance with the provisions of Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 170.12 and determined that a license amendment application fee is not required. This request supple-ments our January 15, 1988 license amendment request which included the application fee.
