1 i By letter dated February 24, 1997, Commonwealth Edison Company (Comed) submitted'a change to Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-29 and DPR-30,-

Appendix A Technical Specifications (TS), Bases Section 3/4.8.D, Control Room Emergency Ventilation System. The letter states, "The marked up and revised Technical Specification Bases pages are attached." Attachment 1 does i have a marked up TS Bases ~Section 3/4.8.D; however, Attachment 2 titled, "Re-Typed Technical Specification Bases Page" does not have the same information. Attachment 2 not only is not a re-typed Bases page, but it does not contain all of Section 3/4.8.D as indicated in Attachment 1.
