Pursuant to 10CFR50.54)(p), please find attached the signed original and three (3) copies of Revision 23, to the Oconee Nuclear Station Security Plan.
Revision 23 was developed to address an ONRR rejection of security plan wording, changes to the protected area and owner controlled area fence layouts. Specific plan changes are addressed in the attachment.
Revision 23 does not decrease the effectiveness of the Oconee Nuclear Station Security Plan.
This ulaterial is applicable to the security provisions at Oconee Nuclear Station; therefore, Duke requests that this material be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10CFR73.21.
