i This is to advise you that the Commission has not obS :ted to the l staff sending a letter to the Army Research Laborr .cy (ARL) portion of the Watertown Arsenal / Mall site c3tating that a) the j Watertown ARL site meets current NRC requirements for release for j unrestricted use; b) the byproduct material and special nuclear l material licenses have been terminated; c) the site was removed as an authorized location of use from the source material ,
license; and d) NRC intends to remove the ARL from the Site Decommissioning Management Plan, j
