50-328 SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT (SQN) - ANNUAL ENVIRONMENTAL OPERATING REPORT contains the Annual Environmental Operating Report for SQN for the period from September 15, 1984 through September 14, 1987. This report is submitted in accordance with Appendix B technical specification 5.4.1.
The failure to provide this report in 1985 and 1986 was previously identified by TVA and reported to NRC in SQN Licensee Event Report 1-87-029.
