SUBJECT: NRC INSPECTION REPORT NOS. 50-325/94-33 AND 50-324/94-33
Gentlemen:
This refers to the inspection conducted by D. Thompson of this office on
October 24-28 and November 21-23, 1994.
The inspection included a review of
activities authorized for your Brunswick facility. At the conclusion of the
inspection, the findings were discussed with those members of your staff
identified in the enclosed report.
Areas examined during the inspection are identified in the report. Within
these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures
,
and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observation of
'
activities in progress.
As described in the Details of this Report, you have identified, investigated
and reported to the NRC examples of individuals falsifying Access
Authorization records relative to their arrests for criminal activities.
These examples are undergoing NRC evaluation, and you will be informed of our
decision at a future time.

The material enclosed herewith contains Safeguards Information as defined by
10 CFR Part 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited
by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended. Therefore, the
