Re:
Seouoyah Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2 The Comission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 67 to Facility Operating License No. OPR-77 and Amendment No. 59 to Facility Operating License No. OPR-79 for the Seouoyah Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2, respectively.
These amendments are in response to your application dated September 16, 1987 requesting the addition of requirements for lower containment vent coolers.
These recuirements assist in atsurance that post-accident long-term containment temperatures remain below the current environmental cualification curve.
A copy of the Safety Evaluation is also enclosed.
Notice of Issuance will be included in the Comission's Bi-Weekly Federal Registel otice.
