FEMA FINAL EXERCISE REPORT FOR THE NOVEMBER 6, 1996, SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR POWER PLANT EXERCISE
Dear Mr. Kingsley:
Enclosed is the final report from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) discussing their evaluation of the offsite activities conducted in conjunction with the November 6,1996, Secuoyah Nuclear Plant plume exposure aathway exercise.
No deficiencies were icentified; however, four Areas lequiring Corrective Action (ARCAs) were identified. We encourage you to work with the State of Tennessee and local governmental agencies to correct the ARCAs on or before the next biennial exercise.
