Instrumentation Thinble Tube Ejection Accident of April 19, 1984. This is part 45 of the staff's reconsideration of the concerns expressed in the.NSRS report as >

a Sequoyah restart item. The NSRS report is dated August 1, 1984.

In 'that report, the NSRS madez23 reconnendations. For us to complete our

' revfew, you are requested to providi the staff prior to the restart of Sequoyah Unit 2 with (1) the status of the implementation of thsse recomendations and (2) any significant changes made to' the reconnendatiorb'in their implementation.

The reporting and/or recordkeeping requirements contained in this letter effect fewer than ten respondents; therefore, OMB clearance is not required under P.L.96-511.
