DOCKET NOS. 50-445 AND 50-446 TRANSHITTAL OF REVISED EMERGENCY PLAN PROCEDURES Gentlemen:
In accordance with 10CFR50.4 and 50.54(q), enclosed is one (1) copy each of the Emergency Plan Procedures (Controlled Copy Number 115) listed on the attachment.
Administrative functions and responsibilities have been reassigned regarding the distribution of controlled Emergency Plan Proceduro Manuals.
This reassignment has resulted in your controlled copy number changing from 073 to 115.
Revisions to the procedures will bear the new controlled copy number; however, until all procedures in the Emergency Plan Manual have been revised, the manual will contain procedures bearing either the old controlled copy number or the new controlled copy number.
