Per the telephone conversation between PECO Energy Company and the U. S. Nuclear Regulatoty Commission staff on September 8,1994, attached is the " Fatigue Evaluation of the Peach Bc: tom ll and til Reactor Vessels," GE-NE-523-61-0493, dated May 1993, for your review.
This documerst was requested as part of the review of the planned implementation of the Power Rerate Fxpr.am at Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station (PBAPS), Units 2 and 3. The Power Berate Program was the subject of Technical Specifications Change Request (TSCR) No. 93-12 which was krwarded to you by letter dated June 23,1993.
Please note that this fatigue reevaluation program was performed as an interim measure to redisalbute calculated thermal fatigue more realistically during plant lifetime and is conservative.
Future reevaluation, which will utilize actual plant experience and more refined calculational methods, will be performed as necessary, f
