Two copies have also been forwarded by this letter to the Regional Administrator, NRC,.

The changes described in the enclosure and. its attachments do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of this Plan.
The enclosure and its attachments contain "Safeguards Information" and must be protected under 10 CFR 73.21.
