Nuclear Plant.
At the conclusion of the examination, the examination questions-and preliminary findings were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the enclosed report.
t One generic weakness was identified in the senior operator candidates' use of the Emergency Operating Procedures.
They failed to actively use the procedures during or following simulated emergency situations to verify corrective actions complied with the procedures.
You are requested to provide a written response to the generic finding to our office within 60 days to facilitate it's resolution being included in the next Systematic Assessment of Licensee Performance (SALP) Report.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosures will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
