When preparing the response, please add to the concurrence page distribution list "LShao" and the appropriate ticket number identifying the action item.
For example, LShao (WITS 87-XX or DEL 87-XX or YT879XXX or EDO #26XX).
It is DEST policy that the Director receive responses for all tickets at least-one working day prior to the due date.
If the original action item due date is changed, please infonn Nancy at X28793, she will then revise the DEST due date accordingly.
