ORDER (Granting Motion to Withdraw Areas of Contention I and Dismissing, as Moot, Applicant's Summary Disposition Motion)
On April 13, 1994, the Applicant Louisiana Energy Services, filed a motion for summary disposition of areas 8-11 of Contention I.
Thereafter, on May 5, 1994, Citizens Against Nuclear Trash (CANT) moved to withdraw those same portions of their contention.
CANT's motion to withdraw areas 8-11 of Contention I is aranted, thereby rendering the Applicant's summary disposition motion moot.
Accordingly, areas 8-11 of Contention I are withdrawn and the Applicant's summary disposition motion is dismissed.
