ORDER On May 6, 1994, the Applicant, Louisiana Energy Services,

, filed its answer to the earlier filed motion of Citizens Against Nuclear Trash (CANT) to consolidato certain contentions for hearing during the later environmental phase of the proceeding.

The NRC Staff's answer to the CANT consolidation motion is due to be filed May 11, 1994.

Regardless of the method of service the Staff otherwise employs for filing its answer, the Staff shall telecopy its answer to CANT. In addition, CANT shall file a reply to the answers of the Applicant and the Staff. That reply shall be in the hands of the Licensing Board by May 18, 1994.
