The security procedures used to implement the security contingency plan have been revised to adequately address the responsibilities and actions of the security contingency plan. Each of the eight contingencies have been addressed in matrices which list the actions of all individuals, including the Plant Shift Superintendent. An Operations Department directive entitled "Operations in Response to l Events Concerning Deliberate Acts Directed Against Plant Equipment" has been rewritten and expanded to provide the following: a. Guidance to the Plant Shift Superintendents to ensure consistent responses to the contingencies addressed in the implementing security procedures. b. Better definition of Operations Department responsibilities and actions. c.
