DPR-42 50-306 DPR-60 Revision No. 2 to License Amendment Request Dated August 14, 1987 Plant Organization Changes and Requirements for SRO License Requirements for Management and Support Staff The purpose of this letter is to revise our License Amendment Request dated August 14, 1987 based on comments received from the NRC Staff. Revision No. 2 consists of an alteration to changes proposed for Figure TS.6.1-2 and an additional change for page TS.6.1-2.
The attached Exhibits A, B, and C are intended as a complete replacement for our original submittal.
An amendment application fee is not required by 10 CFR Part 170 since a fee was included with the original submittal.
