with Region IV staff on December 29 and 30, 1987, and January 4,1988, for an
Enforcenent Conference'in the Region IV office on January 20, 1988 at 8:30 a.m.
The purpose of the Enforcement Conference is to discuss apparent violations
regarding security matters as documented in NRC Inspection Reports 50-298/87-27
and 50-298/87-32, and an apparent violation regarding inadequate design review
of the drywell exhaust inboard isolation bypass valve, as documented in NRC

Inspection Report 50-298/87-31.
The referenced inspection reports are being
forwarded to you under separate cover. A proposed meeting agenda is
enclosed.
