CP-88-06 (FINAL REPORT)
Gentlemen:
On January 8,1988, we verbtlly notified your Mr. R. F. Warnick of a deficiency regarding the support structure for the Containment Spray heat exchanger.
This issue was previously addressed in SDAR CP-87-122, "Nozzle Load Interfaces," which was deemed reportable under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e) (TXX-88026, dated January 5, 1988).
The required corrective actions for this SDAR have been incorporated into SDAR CP-87-122.
This is our final report on SDAR CP-88-06.
