Inspection No. 50-423/87-25
A routine safety inspection was conducted by Mr. B. S. Davidson of this office
on November 16-20, 1987, of the radioactive gaseous and liquid effluents
control program at Hillstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit 3.
Our. findings were
discussed with Mr. Clements and Mr. Haynes and others of your staff at the
conclusion of the inspection ca November 20, 1987.
The areas examined during this inspection are described in the NRC Region I
Inspection Report which is enclosed with this letter. Within these areas, tha
inspection consisted of selective examination of procedures and representative
records, interviews with personnel and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations or deviations were found.
No reply to this letter is required. Your cooperation with us in this matter
is appreciated.
