Attn: Accounts Payable 201 South Lake Avenue Suite'811 Pasadena, California 91101 Gentlemen: This is to inform you that based on a review of License 04-17827-01G held by Paul f Yang and Associates, we found that the NRC Regional Office of Inspection and Enforcement located in Walnut Creek, California conducted a routine health and . safety inspection of activities authorized by the license on October 11, 1978 (Enclosure 1). Effective March 23, 1978, the Commission amended its regulations to revise its senedule of fees for applications, licenses and approvals. Also, included for tne first time, were fees for routine health and safety and safeguards inspections (see Section 170.32, Enclosure 2). This schedule of fees is applicable to the inspection conducted on October 11, 1978. Unfortunately, the data relating to the inspection was not entered into tne computer system which is used for inspection billing purposes. Therefore, Paul Yang & Associates was never billed for the inspection. Since the inspection conducted was a routine health and safety insoection, we have advised the NRC Of# ice of Controller to issue an invoice in the amount of S390 pursuant to 10 CFR 170.32 (Category 3H) of the Commission's regulations.
