PAUL YANG AND ASSOCIATES, NO CURRENT ADDRESS AVAILABLE On November 7,1980, we sent a certified letter (Enclosure 1) to i
Paul Yang and Ass'ociates (PYA International), 201 S. Lake Avenue,
. Pasadena, California, advising them that they would be invoiced by CON for the routine health anc safety inspection (Enclosure 2) performed by IE on October 11, 1978 for License 04-17827-OlG.
We were late in sending the letter because IE had not entered the data in the 766 billing system.
Prior to sending the letter, a representative of Region V con-firmed that the South Lake Avenue address was a current one.
On December 15, 1980 we received our Novemoer 7,1980 letter back from the Postmaster marked
" Moved, Left No Address." We have checked the official docket file and i
find that a more current address is not_available.
Since the license does not expire until February 28, 1983, we would appreciate your follow-up to determine a more current address so that our letter may be remailed.
Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
