Condition 3 - This license covers only the nuclear content of the material. -
Condition 4 - The material to be exported under this license shall be shipped in occordance with the physical protection requirements for special nuclear material in 10 CFR 73. .

transported outside the United States in possenger corrying circraft in shipments exceeding (1) 20 grams or 20 curies, whichever is less, of plutonium or uranium 233, or (2) 350 grams of uronium 235.

Condition 6- This license authorizes export 'only and does not. outhorize the receipt, physical -
- possession, or use of the nuclear material.
Condition 7 - The licensee shall complete and submit on NRC Form 741 for each shipment of source material exported under this license.
Condition 8 - The licensee shall advise the NRC in the event there is any change in the designo-tion of the company who will package the nuclear material to be exported under -
this license, or any change in the location of the packaging operation, at least three weeks prior to the scheduled date of export. _

License No. XSNM-885 License Condition 9 Shipments by air of 5 kgs or more of uranium-235 : ./
(contained in uranium enriched to 20% or more in W the U-235 isotope) shall be scheduled with no planned intermediate stops after leaving the last terminal in the United States. In the event such a schedule is not possible, the licensee shall submit an alternative for the consideration and approval of the NRC prior to shipment to the Director, Office of International Programs, U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Washington, D.C. 20555.
License Condition 10 The licensee may transport the special nuclear _
material authorized by this export license oiItside of the jurisdiction of the U.S. in passenger-carrying aircraft provided that:
a) Each shipment of special nuclear material enriched to 20% or more in the isotope U-235 contains less than 5 kgs of uranium 235, b) The countries other than the U.S. in which the departing and arriving terminals are located do not prohibit such shipments.
License Condition 11 For any series of shipments of special nuclear material i enriched to 20% or more in the isetope U-235 to the
) same consignee, in which individual :>iiipments are less thai, 5,000 grams U-235, the licensee shall confirm and
, log the arrival at the final destination of each shipment in the series before releasing the subsequent shipment.
License Condition 12 For shipments defined under Condition 11, arrangements shall be made at each location where the shipment is transferred from one carrier to another, or from one mode of transport to another, to designate an individual who shall be responsible for monitoring the transfer under the license.
License Condition 13 Prior to shipping, the licensee shali provide sufficient notification to Region 5 to allow an inspector to be on :
site and perform the necessary inspection and to place !
US seals on the containers.
