Gentlemen:
This refe.s to the inspection activities perfonned by our resident in-spector, Mr. R. G. Taylor, of activities authorized by NRC Construction Permit Nos. CPPR-126 and 127 for the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station, Units 1 and 2, and to the discussion of the findings by the inspector with members of you; staff on October 5,1978.
During the inspection, it was found that certain activities under your j
license appear to be in noncompliance with Part 50, Title 10, of the l
Code of Federal Regulations. The item of noncompliance and references l
to the pertinent requirements are identified in the enclosed Notice of l
