By your letter dated July 27, 1978 you submitted Revision 2 to the Emergency Plan for the Edwin I. Hatch Nuclear Plant Unit Nos.1 and 2.

The Emergency Plan, including Revision 1, had been found to meet the requirements of Appendix E to 10 CFR Part 50 and the staff position statement of Regulatory Guide 1.101, and was so reported in the January 1978 report to the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards. Revision 2 consists of editorial changes which do not lessen the effectiveness of the previously approved Plan. We, therefore, find Revision 2 to be acceptable.
