I The plant remained shutdown for the Cycle 18 Refueling Outage until May 21,1997. The plant started up on May 21,1997 and brought the generator on line on May 22,1997. Nonnat startup testing and surveillances were conducted during this startup period. Full power operation was attained on May 25,1997.
A capacity factor of 25.5% was achieved for the month.
