Docket Nos. 50-445-OL and 50-446-OL

Dear Administrative Judges:

As the Board is aware, on March 30, 1988, TU Electric provided the Board and the parties transcript pages from the deposition of Ms. Nancy Williams of Cygna.

One of the attorneys representing TU Electric at those depositions was Mr. Neal Ellis of the law firm of Hunton & Williams.

Upon receipt of those materials, Ms. Juanita Ellis of CASE requested that we notify the Board that the "Mr.

Ellis" referred to in the transcript is not Ms. Ellis of CASE.

Accordingly, we have attached hereto a list of those persons appearing at the deposition of Ms. Williams.

Respectfully submitted,
