ACCESS AUTHORIZATION RECORD DISCREPANCY
Dear Mr. Barron:
Upon further review of access authorization records, the NRC has identified what appears to be a discrepancy of facts in one former Duke Power Company employee's records.
We request that you review the information referenced in the enclosure to clarify the apparent discrepancy that exists and inform us within 21 days of the date of this letter of your determination with respect to this matter.
Your response should be sent directly to me with no other copies to the NRC. Please do not submit your response to the Document Control Desk. If your response contains personal privacy, proprietary, or safeguards information, such information shall be contained in a separate attachment, appropriately marked, so that it will not be subject to public disclosure.
The affidavit required by 10 CFR 2.790(b) must accompany your response if proprietary information is included.
