The following applications were filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulaticn for review in connection with the Millstone Nuclear Power Station Unit No. 3:
1.
An October 22, 1987 submittal of a Report on Qualification of the Diesel Engine Mounted Instrumentation and Controls for Vibrations which we understand will require NRR review to assure that the qualification tests have established that the Class 1E devices are acceptable in their existing condition for the 40-year designed life of the facility.
2.
A November 13, 1987 application which submitted an addendum to NUSCO-152 regarding Physics flethodology for PWR Reload Design.
Fees required pursuant to 10 CFR 170 were not remitted with your applications. Based on a telephone conversation between Ms. Kim Zita of your office and Ms. Jane Parks of this office, it was agreed that Check No. 001230 should be applied to the October 22, 1987 application. This check was sent as a replacement for Check No. 997867 which we have since received for an application dated November 19, 1987.
It is requested that you remit the application fee of $150 for your November 13 request.
A bill will be issued for any additional costs for the review of your applicationsinaccordancewith10CFR170.12(c)and170.21.
