l Because you propose to use source matenal or a special nuclear material no 10 CFR Pa140 or Part 70 regulation equivalent to 32.210 exists, therefore, no product review would be required, only a license to manufacture and possess. As noted in your letter, Region lll would process your license request.
Please note that we suggest you file for a license as soon as possible to allow the time necessary to process the request.
