This is in response to your letter of June 7,1978. to Mr. G. L. Madsen in which you requested a copy of nonconformance report No.1-0229-C, 3/15/78.
i The nonconformance report to which you refer is not in the possession of the NRC. The report is a document that is part of the licensee's record.
It was reviewed on site during an IE inspection and summarized in Inspection Report STN 50-482/78-04. Requests for documents of this type should be directed to the utility, Kansas Gas and Electric Company.
