Dear Mr. Seidle:
In the sheet report transmitted with my letter of May 25, it

was. indicated that a final report would be completed by August 1, 1978.
An extensive testing program has been coc:pleted for some time now, but it is taking our censultants (Portland Cement Assoc.)
Icnger to analyze the data and prepare their findings than we anticipated. It now appears the report will not be available before the end of September.
