(the Commission) has issued Amendment No.11 to Facility Operating Licens e. q No. DPR-3 issued to Yankee Atomic Elcetric Company which revised Technical 2E Specifications for Operation of the Yankee Atomic Power Station, located ,

issuance. -

This amendment adds a new Section F, " Rod Drop Tin" to the Technical Specifications and authorizes the deletion of the control rod surveillance program referred to in Changes No. 104 and 106, dated November 15, 1972, y and March 30, 1975, respectively. b.
