50-328 SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT (SQN) - NRC INSPECTION REPORT NOS. 50-327/87-60 AND 50-328/87-60 At an NRC exit meeting held at SQN on October 6, 1987, TVA committed to performing an evaluation of the containment spray (CS) annubar flow instrumentation to determine the need for any modifications.
In response to a verbal request from the SQN resident inspector, I am submitting the schedule for completion of this evaluation.
The CS annubar flow instrumentation evaluation and the recommendations for the final CS flow instrumentation configuration will be completed by July 15, 1988.
