This refers to your request dated 'tarch 19, 1963, and supplement-there-to dated August 23, 1963, for AEC authorization of Proposed Change g,
No. 32 in the Technical Specifications of Facility License No. DPR '
pursuant to the provisions of Section 50.59,10 CFR 50.
The Proposed Change would authorize the installation of a vent line which would p
F provide a means of establishing a continuous controlled flow of gas from the vapor phase portion of the reactor pressurizer to the low-pressure surge tank.
