Ladies and Gentlemen:

To allow sufficient time for study of and comment on the draft testimony provided by the NRC Staff on October 30, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts asked that the meeting scheduled by the Staff for November 6 be postponed.

Because no other party objected to its postponement, and after conferring with representatives of the parties, we have rescheduled the subject meeting for 10 a.m. on November 15, 1978 at the Staff's offices in the Phillips Building at 7920 Norfolk Avenue, Bethesda, Maryland (Room P-118).
