By letter GDP 97-0060 dated April 15,1997, the Urdted States Enrichment Corporation (USEC) is mbmitted to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) the 1997 Annual Update to the following cernfication apylication documents for the Portsmouth, Ohio Gaseous Diffusion Plant:
United States Enrichment Corporation, Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant, Physical Security Plan for the Protection of Special Nuclear Material of Low Strategic Significance, and United States Enrichment Corporation, Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant, Security Plan for the Protection of Classified Matter.
