COMANCllE PEAK STEAM ELECTRIC STATION INADEQUATE CORE COOLING INSTRUMENTATION DETECTION SYSTEM REVISED RESPONSE TO NUREG - 0737 ITEM ll.F.2 Gentlemen:
On-January 3, 1984 TV Electric submitted TXX-4086 to provide additional
-information on inadequate core cooling detection instrumentation and the justification for the proposed implementation schedule-for the lieated Junction l
Thermocouple (IlJTC) System.
During a recent evaluation of our inadequate Core Cooling Instrumentation Detection System, several discrepancies were. discovered between the attachment to this submittal-and the as built system configuration. Attached is the revised response to NUREG-0737 Item II.F.2 on Inadequate Core Cooling Detection System.
'It should-be noted that we will not continue to update or resubmit our response in the event that futura changes to the system are made.
Instead the
' design basis document will reflect these changes and supersede this document.
In' addition, we will inform you of any changes that affect our current licensing commitments.
