In Reference (d), the USNRC staff agreed that the Procedure Generation i
Package (PGP) for Yankee Nuclear Power Station should be approved prior to the implementation of Yankee's revised Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs). The E0Ps are presently scheduled for implementation prior to the startup of Cycle 20 operation.
Yankee's PCP is attached, and we request that your review and approval be completed by May 15, 1988 in order to support the above schedule.
