Appendix B to 10 CFF. 50 sets forth criteria for quality assurance programs.

In order that we may evaluate whether the quality assurance program that is used to govern activities such as operation, maintenance, renair, refueling, and plant modifications t Yankee-Rowe Nuclear Plant meets the criteria of Appendix B, please submit a description of your quality assur-ance program within 90 days. The description should include the itens set forth in Section 50.34(b)(6)(11) of 10 'rR 50 and should be filed as a supplement to your Final Safety Analy s Report.

Three signed and notarized :opies and twenty-two additional copies of your submittal should be provided.

Documents already on file with us may be incorporated by specific reference, if you desire.
