In order that we may evaluate whether the quality assurance program that is used to govern activities such as operation, maintenance, renair, refueling, and plant modifications t Yankee-Rowe Nuclear Plant meets the criteria of Appendix B, please submit a description of your quality assur-ance program within 90 days. The description should include the itens set forth in Section 50.34(b)(6)(11) of 10 'rR 50 and should be filed as a supplement to your Final Safety Analy s Report.

Three signed and notarized :opies and twenty-two additional copies of your submittal should be provided. Documents already on file with us  ;

may be incorporated by specific reference, if you desire. l l
