Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Technical Specification Change Request No.163 As discussed with Mr. Alex Dromerick, NRC Project Manager, GPUN is revising Technical Specification Change Request No.163, submitted January 29, 1988.
The basis for Section 5.3 have been revised to incorporate the Criticality Analysis Report as a Reference in the technical specifications. This revision was requested by Mr. Walter Brooks, who performed the NRC technical review, and agreed to by GPUN during a conference call with Mr. Brooks on March 8, 1988. Pages 5.3-1 of the previous submittal should be replaced by the attached pages 5.3-1 and 5.3-2.
