This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. Clay C. Warren
and Mr. Frank J. Crescenzo on October 24, 1987 through December 28, 1987, at
the Shoreham Nuclear Power Station, Wading River, New York.
This inspection
consisted of observations of activities,
interviews with personnel, and
document reviews. The results of this inspection are described in the enclosed
NRC Region I inspection report and were discussed with members of your staff at
the conclusion of the inspection.
