Other Plant Protection l
(1)
The reactor shall be scrac=ed automatically, above 15 W electric, when the turbine is tripped for any reason.
The turbine shall be protected by all usual protective trips 7
including high thrust bearing te=perature, lov bearing oil pressure, low condenser vacuum and overspeed.
}
(2) The reactor shall be scra=med aute=atically, above 15 W i-electric when the generator is tripped for any reason.
The 3
generator shall be protected by all usual protective trips j
including overcurrent, differential and loss of field.
(3)
Autocatic initiation of the safety injection system, pu ps and i
valves, shall be set to operate at a main coolant pressure not less than 1700 psig or a contain=ent p ressure not greater than 5 psig.
