Docket Nos. 50-361 and 50-362 Amendment Application Nos. 167 and 153 San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 2 and 3 This letter withdraws the exigency aspect of our April 15, 1997, submittal of Amendment Applications 167 and 153 for San Onofre Units 2 and 3.
Our original request, as supplemented by our April 22, 1997 letter, was based on the planned Unit 3 outage work window for work on the Reserve Auxiliary Transformers.
Due to unplanned additional work we were unable to use the planned work window and were required to establish an alternate work window later in the outage to work on the Reserve Auxiliary Transformers.
Based on this rescheduling of the work, Amendment Applications 167 and 153 are no longer required on.an exigent basis.
Receipt of these amendments on June 2, 1997 will su'pport our current work plans.
