lhe analysis and confirming natcrial yield test was completed etoat 6 P.*4. on 9/P7/73. This analysis indica ting an inadequecy was further confirmed by a cra:k which deveivpea 9/21/7H on start #241 in the sa ae general location but on the oiqctite side c.f the same part which failed previously. On start #241, the failure was larger ' uch tha t imediate shut dn n of the engine was required and it i'
