ORDER The Atomic Safety and Licensing Board designated to rule upon Petitiors For Leave to Intervene in this pro-ceeding granted the motion dated October 20, 1978 of Electrical District No. 2 for an extension of time until November 8, 1978, within which it may file a Petition For Leave to Intervene.
