In support thereof, Electri-cal District No. 2 states as follows.

Counsel for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission Staff has advised that it has no objection to the granting of this motion.

W'EREFORE, H Electrical District No. 2 respectfully requests that the cime for filing petitions for leave to intervene in this proceeding be extended from October 25, 1978 to and including November 8,1978.
